Do You Need A MLM Coach?
Should you have a coach to help you build your home based business? Of course you should, and why would you not. It only makes sense. All top leaders in the Network Marketing Industry or any industry have had a coach.
Makes no difference what you are trying to do in life or how good you are at it, you can always get better.
If a guy like Michael Jordan had a coach all through his career, what makes you and I think we are any different. If you want success do what successful people do.
Not much else needs to be said on this subject… I have created the six figure income in Network Marketing and even I have coaches, because I am always wanting to get better. The next question is where do you find a coach?
In the end you need to analyze what existing skills you have already, what skills are need to get you to where you want to go, and which ones you need to work on.
But before we go any further, I am going to be very blunt here with you.
Way to many people in our business think that their upline is their coach. That they must listen to what their upline has to say. That since their upline is their upline, he or she must know what they are talking about and will be able to coach you to the top.
I know that is a very controversial thing to say in this industry. We are suppose to give our up line this unquestioned respect.
Gang the fail rate is 95% in this business… that means 95 people out of 100 fail. Do you know why? Because 95 times out of a 100 they are listening to their broke ass up line or sponsor!
Making it to the top of anything, requires you learning from someone who knows how to get you there, because they themselves were once in your shoes and made it to the top.
So back to how to choose a network marketing leader as a coach. If you want to improve your offline recruiting you need to find an old school pro like randy gage, Eric Worre, Tim sales or Dani Johnson.
However if you desire to harness the power of the net to build a large downline, by using the attraction marketing or funded proposal systems or the social media sites like Max Steingart trains on, you will need to go find a leader who has built one for themselves and created great success from it.
On that note, do yourself a huge favor and learn both of these sorts of strategies. Become a true leader yourself, one who can show their team how by using many avenues they can create success.
