I’m expecting if you have been on the internet for any length of time you will have seen an awful lot of hype and extravagant promises of riches!

I certainly did when I first got online.

We just need to be savvy when we are doing our research and have our heads screwed on, if someone tells you you’re gunna make 10 thousand bucks by next month I’d take a step back and think again. Marketing As An Affiliate – a simple system, you promote a vendors product and when you make a sale then they pay you a cut of the sale. Most affiliate marketers will start off at Clickbank. This is probably the easiest way to make money online! You will however need to learn how to get people to visit and see your offer As you would expect many would be marketers will begin with this, however most will never make any money so they will end up quitting and thinking that online marketing just does not work

Cost Per Action (CPA) – this is the same deal as with affiliate marketing, the difference is that you get paid per action, rather than per sale. For example a web visitor might enter their name and email or download a piece of software. You can get paid for this!

Network MLM Marketing – the internet is a great place to build this sort of business, we can leverage systems to do a lot of the legwork for us and we have an almost unlimited supply of leads. In a nutshell Network Marketing companies sell their products through distributors rather than main stream avenues. The idea is to sell products to your friends and family and also recruit them as distributors, you will then make money when they make sales also. You can earn several levels deep so you can build a very nice residual income for yourself. Network Marketing is very much a people business and works on relationship building.

Google Adsense – these are those text ads that you see on websites; you can click on them and visit another site that interests you. Whenever someone clicks on the ad the webmaster will earn money! So in theory you can set up your own website about a particular topic, get a load of traffic to it, apply to Google Adsense, display the ads on your site and earn money on auto pilot from people clicking on your ads! Great! Yes it is, but you need to learn the skill of generating website traffic otherwise you won’t be making any money.

Offer a service – if you have a talent then why not offer it to other marketers, this can be web design, article writing, seo, graphics etc.. there are several sites around where you can register yourself and there are people searching every day for outsource workers
