Affiliate Marketing Tips – Affiliate Marketers Start Where ?

Eric here,

In the wide world of  Internet Marketing there are a couple pitfalls that I must let you know about. Some of these pitfalls arise when YOU, the learner, comes into so much information, that you are soon overloaded. Believe me, I’ve been exactly where some of you may be right now. Not sure where to start? Having trouble already getting your business off the ground?

Good for you! Why do I say this? because the best in Internet marketing is learned from trial and error! The more you learn, the more you are able to comprehend and retain. Information overload only seems to take hold when you allow it to become a problem. My tips to circumvent this are as follows:

1. Take short notes on everything you learn. Come back to more difficult topics at a later date.
2. Ask questions. There are many people out there, myself included, that are just waiting to take you under our wing(s) and point you in the safe/right direction.
3. Unlearn what you have learned. Not to sound like Yoda from the popular Star Wars movies (smile), but you have to go into Internet Marketing with both eyes wide open to a myriad of possibilities. No one product or suggestion is the be-all and end-all to internet marketing.
4. Don’t stress. Possible “failures” and setbacks do arise at times. It’s not the “failure” that counts, it’s how you recoup and learn from the situation.

A great place to start learning about internet marketing can be found online is the website that you are on right now (smiles). And that is a fact! Search around this website for something that may suit you and send me a question or two in the comment area. Making money online is not as difficult as it may seem. The short of it is to sign up for an affiliate program and search the site for additional information. The long of it is to learn about the various ways to market thos products online.

I KNOW that you will eventually be successful. The time it takes to do that depends on your own personal effort.
